When should you do it ?
In general, if you do not have any complaints, the check up interval we recommend according to your age:
You can measure your cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure values once in your 20s,
If the values are normal, at 5-year intervals until the age of 30,
Every 3 years between the ages of 30-40,
Every year after the age of 40,
The importance of the check-up process increases as the risk of getting sick increases with age.
